Our presence, wisdom and expertise eliminates any overwhelm as wetake care of the complex logistics, underpinning every moment with meticulous planning and sourcing the perfect leading suppliers to bring your vision to life. From planning schedules, to wedding budget guidelines, guest management and full wedding day logistics, we absorb the planning & project management workload, before overseeing the full event delivery, leaving you free to soak up every second.

Investment

Following an initial consultation with you we will curate a bespoke planning proposal, including a sense of the investment for your unique event. Our full service wedding planning service is based on a percentage basis, which will be advised following our call. Minimum fees apply.

We underpin your vision with impeccable planning expertise, steadily formulating your plans through a unique timeline that spans from concept to reality, enabling you to feel in control of your plans. Through our event production wisdom we orchestrate all logistics every step of the way, absorbing supplier communication, guest management, & time consuming behind the scenes logistics, so you can be present to revel in key planning decisions & the romance of your forthcoming marriage. As we deliver your celebration, we take full operational responsibility, managing suppliers & creatively directing your vision, curating the experience at each moment. Our incredible team of leading event producers remain discreetly present throughout, guiding your guests & overseeing the day as it unfolds.

where does the name 'attabara' come from?

Based in London and on the borders of Surrey, we work across the UK and beyond to offer luxury wedding planning services for a select number of discerning couples from around the world. From the picturesque Lake District to the chocolate box cottages of the Cotswolds, we are lead by your unique vision for your wedding day.

Each year we work with a select number of discerning couples from around the world who share our passion for experience-led design. We carefully monitor our studio capacity, as we wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to your unique planning journey.

As part of our full wedding planning service we can conduct fully comprehensive venue search process we will work with you to find your dream wedding venue. We begin with a full briefing and handover from you both before curating a selection of incredible venues to bring your vision to life. From luxury country house venues, to London’s iconic ballroom venues, or perfect marquee lawns, we are equipped with leading industry knowledge & depth of supplier relationships to find your perfect venue.

Absolutely, yes we love planning marquee weddings. Often set within idyllic, expansive, rolling countryside or overlooking a majestic stately home, or within your own private garden, marquees offer an incredible quintessential, enchanting, english garden wedding, where you literally build your vision from the ground up. With our years of experience of planning marquee weddings we bring our visionary design eye and logistical expertise to support your plans, working alongside you to curate a guest journey, plan wet weather contingencies, power, toilets and all the not so glamorous elements involved. Eliminating the overwhelm and steadily working with you to systematically form decisions as we curate your unique venue.

We adore multi-day weddings and the space this enables to elongate your celebrations. We carefully curate a unique guest journey throughout your celebration to continue a sense of surprise & delight, maximising every inch your venue has to offer, whilst interweaving a cohesive aesthetic & robust logistics to elevate as you seamlessly are immersed in your wedding weekend.

We have an incredible "black book" of wedding suppliers, comprising some of the industry’s leading talents. This is by no means a restrictive list of suppliers; our aim is always to find the most incredible suppliers to align with your vision and exceed your expectations and we are always open to working with new suppliers.

It was the name of Amy’s grandparents’ home; a retreat from suburban London life, where she adored time spent foraging in woodlands, feeding the chickens and cosying up by the fire.
